Eligibility Criteria
1. Nationality
- Pakistani citizens, including residents of Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK)
2. Gender
- Only male candidates are eligible
3. Marital Status
- Must be unmarried
4. Educational Qualifications
- FSc (Pre-Engineering or Computer Science)
- Minimum 60% marks in Matric/Senior Cambridge/O’ Level (with English as a compulsory subject in five subjects)
- Minimum 65% marks in FSc Pre-Engineering/Computer Science
- A-Level Candidates: Must pass Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry with Grades A-C (or 1-6)
- Candidates can apply on a Hope Certificate for achieving 65% marks issued by the institution’s head if they were promoted to FSc Part 1 without examination.
5. Age Requirement
- 17–21 years as of 1st September (with a 3-month relaxation in both lower and upper age limits)
6. Height
- Minimum height requirement is 5 feet 4 inches (162.5 cm)
Physical Test Requirements
To qualify for the Pak Army Physical Test, candidates must meet the following standards:
- Running: Complete 1.6 kilometers in 8 minutes
- Push-Ups: 15 repetitions in 2 minutes
- Sit-Ups: 20 repetitions in 2 minutes
- Chin-Ups: 15 repetitions in 2 minutes
- Ditch Crossing: Cross a 7’4” x 7’4” ditch with a depth of 4 feet
