1. When is the monthly installment due?

If you take out a loan before the 15th of the month, your monthly installment is due on the 1st of every month.

2. What is the processing fee?

The processing fee is PKR 5,000 or 2% of the loan amount, whichever is higher.

3. What is the maximum age to apply?

You must be 60 years old or younger to apply.

4. Who is eligible for an Instant Loan?

To qualify, you must:

• Have a good debt-to-income ratio (DBR)
• Maintain an average balance of at least 6 months in your account
• Have no overdue or defaulted consumer loans
• Have a minimum 1-year relationship with the bank

5. What is the interest rate?

The markup rate is 1-year KIBOR + 18%.
