Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities

Manage and handle all front-office and back-office transactions

Handle remittance-related activities

Open and maintain customer accounts

Monitor inoperative and dormant accounts and serve notices when required

Process online transactions and remittances, including issuance of financial instruments

Handle inward and outward clearing in line with SOPs and Prudential Regulations

Process ATM claims and manage lockers

Manage cash handling activities when assigned

Process and manage term deposits including issuance, payments, and balancing of TDR
-
Assist Operations Manager in promotion or sale of banking products and services

Scrutinize transaction vouchers daily and ensure proper filing for audit trail

Issue receipts against transfer of payments to customers

Perform daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts with general ledger

Generate month-end reports

Perform any other assignment as directed by supervisors
