  • PhD, Master’s, MPhil, Pharm-D, or B-Pharmacy in relevant pharmaceutical fields
• Assistant Director (General):
  • Pharm-D or B-Pharmacy
• Specialist Positions:
  • Chemistry, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology (minimum 16 years education)
• MIS:
  • Master’s in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or equivalent
• Finance:
  • CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or M.Com / MA Economics
• Legal:
  • LLB with Bar membership
• HR/Admin:
  • Master’s in HRM or Public Administration

Age Limit

• Deputy Director: 40 years
• Assistant Director: 35 years
