Ph.D. from a recognized university
15 years of teaching or research experience
15 research publications (at least 5 in the last 5 years)
Associate Professor (BS-20):
Ph.D. from a recognized university
10 years of teaching or research experience
10 research publications (at least 4 in the last 5 years)
Assistant Professor (BS-19):
Ph.D. from a recognized university
No experience required
Lecturer (BS-18):
M.Phil or equivalent degree from a recognized university
No experience required
