Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane) (EG-08)
PCAA has announced 3 positions for Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane).
Pay: Rs. 1,373,230 per month with a 5% annual increment.
Contract: Three years, extendable.
Age Limit: Maximum 66 years, including all age relaxations.
Quota: Merit – 03.
Eligibility Criteria for PCAA Flight Operations Inspector
Education
Candidates must have a minimum Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Education Board.
Licence and Flying Requirements
Candidates must:
- Hold or have held an ATPL with a type rating on a Commercial Transport Aircraft with MTOW of 40,000 kg or more.
- Have at least 5,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command of Commercial Air Transport Aircraft with MTOW of 40,000 kg or more.
- Have a Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) or Type Rating Examiner (TRE) endorsement on an Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) for commercial aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight of 40,000 kg or more.
- Have 10 years or more of experience in Commercial Air Transport Aircraft as a Pilot.
Additional Skills
Experience in operational management is considered a plus, preferably with a background in:
- Airline operations
- Safety management
- Regulatory oversight
Candidates should also have strong analytical and decision-making abilities, effective communication and report-writing skills, and computer literacy.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the Flight Operations Inspector position is 66 years, including all age relaxations.
Salary and Contract
The advertised salary is Rs. 1,373,230 per month, along with a 5% annual increment.
The appointment will initially be on a three-year contract, which is extendable.
