Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should have a Master’s degree, such as an MBA or MS, in Business Administration, Retail Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience managing large supermarkets, hypermarkets, or organized retail operations.
Applicants should also have strong knowledge of retail sales, budgeting, inventory control, stock management, and cost reduction. Experience with retail ERP or POS systems, team leadership, and business performance analysis will be helpful.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will oversee J-Mart branch operations and ensure that all branches follow company standards. The role also includes monitoring sales, budgets, stock levels, product availability, and branch performance.
The Senior Manager Operations will guide branch managers, coordinate with suppliers, improve customer service, and prepare performance reports for management.
