Punjab Government Announces Trainer Jobs 2026 With Rs 220,000 Monthly Salary
Lahore: The Special Education Department, Government of Punjab, has announced new Trainer Jobs 2026 under the Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Khud-Mukhtar (E-Earn Training) Program. Selected candidates will receive a lump-sum salary of Rs 220,000 per month.
The trainers will provide professional training in Digital Literacy, Social Media, E-Commerce and YouTube. The appointments will be made for five months or until the completion of the program.
Punjab Trainer Jobs 2026
A total of 17 trainers are required across eight districts. Lahore has 6 vacancies, while Multan, Bahawalpur, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad have 2 positions each. Sheikhupura, D.G. Khan and Sargodha have one vacancy each.
Qualification and Experience
Applicants should have a BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Commerce or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Candidates must also have four years of professional experience in one or more relevant areas. These include e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Daraz, Shopify and Etsy, digital marketing, social media management, freelancing, graphic design, video editing, online business, YouTube channel management and content monetization.
The required age is 22 to 40 years.

The last date to apply is October 10, 2026. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview, and no TA/DA will be provided.
The Khud-Mukhtar initiative focuses on providing digital and employment-oriented skills, including e-commerce, social media marketing and content creation.
