Qualification & Experience
IT Administrator (BS-16)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Network Administration

2–3 years experience in providing IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Experience in LAN/WAN networks, printers, remote connectivity

Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems
