WAPDA Jobs 2026 For Vigilance – 10 Vacancies for Retired Armed Forces Personnel

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) has announced new job opportunities for retired Armed Forces personnel. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for different positions in the Vigilance Department.

These vacancies are available for retired military personnel who have completed their required service and meet the education, experience and age criteria. The selected candidates will be appointed under WAPDA rules and policies.

Available Positions in WAPDA

WAPDA is hiring for the following positions:

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be retired personnel of the Armed Forces and should meet the following requirements:

1. Assistant Vigilance Officer (BPS-14)

• Retired Naib Subedar or equivalent rank.

• Matric with C Grade, Second Division or equivalent qualification.

• Intelligence course qualified.

• At least 5 years of field intelligence experience.

2. Inspector Vigilance (BPS-11)

• Retired Havildar or equivalent rank.

• Matric with C Grade, Second Division or equivalent qualification.

• Intelligence course qualified.

• At least 3 years of field intelligence experience.

3. Inspector Vigilance Staff / Assistant (BPS-11)

• Retired Havildar or equivalent rank.

• Matric with C Grade, Second Division or equivalent qualification.

• Computer literacy is required.

• Supervisory Clerk Course qualification will be preferred.

The maximum age limit for all positions is 52 years. No further age relaxation is allowed.

2. Download the application form.

3. Complete the application form and attach an updated CV.

4. Include copies of educational certificates, experience certificates, discharge certificate and CNIC.

5. Attach two recent passport-size photographs.

6. Deposit the Rs. 400 application fee in favour of Director (Exams), WAPDA, through Allied Bank Limited, WAPDA House, Lahore Branch.
