Pakistani students planning to study in France in 2027 can now submit applications to French public universities through the Études en France (EeF) platform.
The 2027-28 application campaign opened on October 1, 2026, while the deadline to complete an application is November 18, 2026. The process is managed in Pakistan by Campus France Pakistan.
How Many Programs Can Students Choose?
Students applying through the Études en France catalogue can select up to 7 Master’s programs.
Those applying for Bachelor’s-level studies can choose up to 3 programs. Applicants should select their courses carefully because Campus France Pakistan says the list of chosen programs cannot be edited after the November 18 deadline.
Who Should Apply Through Études en France?
The procedure generally applies to students living in Pakistan who plan to study an in-person higher education program in France lasting more than three months.
Campus France Pakistan processes applications from Pakistani nationals residing in Pakistan and eligible non-EU foreign nationals who can prove their residence in Pakistan. Different rules may apply to doctoral fellowship holders, internships and short courses.

- SSC/O-Level documents
- HSSC/A-Level documents
- University degree and transcripts, where applicable
- CV
- Relevant experience certificates

Campus France recommends relevant Pakistani academic documents be attested by IBCC or HEC, depending on the qualification.
Études en France Application Fee
The current Études en France application fee in Pakistan is PKR 30,000 and is non-refundable in normal cases.
Applicants should not pay before receiving a payment request from Campus France Pakistan. After payment and document review, eligible applicants are invited for an academic interview.
Important Dates for 2027 Admissions
Applications close on November 18, 2026. Campus France Pakistan is expected to review applications between December 2026 and March 2027.
French higher education institutions will review files during March and April, with admission results expected by April 30, 2027. Successful students will have until May 31, 2027 to confirm one final academic program.
What Happens After Admission?
After receiving admission and completing the Campus France process, students can move to the French student visa stage. Pakistan is officially part of the Études en France procedure.
For courses longer than three months, students generally need a French long-stay student visa. Visa applications submitted in Pakistan are examined by the French Embassy in Islamabad.
Students interested in France should start early, compare their program choices carefully and complete the Études en France application before the November deadline.
