- Certification in Bomb Disposal Course from recognized institution
- At least two years experience in relevant field

- Retired Junior Commissioned Officer or non-commissioned officer of armed forces having bomb disposal certification and field experience
Operator (EDS)
Qualification & Experience
- Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification (Second Division)
- Board and technical certificate of at least six months duration in:
- Electrical
- Electronics
- Mechanical
- Chemical
- Civil
- Information Technology
- Radio and TV mechanic
OR
- Retired non-commissioned officer or soldier of armed forces having technical qualification and experience
Senior Operator (SS)
Qualification & Experience
- Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification (Second Division)
- Board and certification in intelligence course
- At least five years experience in relevant field
- Knowledge of Information Technology, Computer Science, or Tele Communication
